- Someone posted the other day about the high downvote ratio on this sub compared with other gaming subs. Here's a few from the last twenty four hours of people trying to learn the game or start friendly discussions with other players
- In light of recent concerns about new player questions and related feedback receiving constant downvotes, I think r/runescape needs its own "Daily Question/Discussion Megathread". Almost every game community subreddit has one.

- Does anybody else experience efficiency-scape paralysis? How do you deal with it?
- Add platinum pieces to the game which are made at a ratio of 1000 gold piece to 1 platinum piece. Players can use platinum pieces to buy items on the GE, and items over max cash update their prices to show 2.1bil gold pieces plus x platinum pieces.
- I completed the telos weapon set on ironman; this was the journey!
- If we have both double escape and double surge, can we please have the ability to surge then escape or escape then surge?
- Got 100 slayer and Crabby pet on the same tick!
- Returning to runescape. How good is it now? What are the main differences?

Dying is not optimal, and neither is getting kph at half the max rate. It's gotten to the point that I don't feel like playing, as I'm bored with the content that I already do, but don't want to play new content because it feels overwhelming and tiresome to learn. | Posted: 02 Aug 2020 09:27 AM PDT This means that if you want an expensive item over max cash (gp) you can quickly and conveniently buy or sell said item on the GE without having to find someone else. It also helps to more realistically confirm the prices of items that otherwise wouldn't be traded on the GE. I know we already have spirit shards, but they are for summoning, not intended as a currency. Platinum pieces would make all tradeable items buyable on the GE in a timely manner without having to wait years to buy something at max cash (gp) or having to waste time finding a seller on the forums. | Posted: 01 Aug 2020 10:40 PM PDT I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants Astellarn for a pet, the dragon's model is pretty darn awesome, I think a lot of people would want it as a pet, to not mess with anyone's log, make the pet unlockable via the rewards merchant or something, or make the pet chance a guarantee for those who have completed the log. It says it would prevent my herb/mushroom patches from dying, but I'm wondering if I should still use supercompost/compost for these patches, because I don't know if it would it reduce my crop yield if I don't use compost.
