Dear Community, It is time to rise up and fight for our rights as Runescape players. Here is A back in 2014 Jagex gave us amazing gifts for participating in the holiday event. We were awarded 8 different styles of snowboards depending on how much effort we put into the event. They were fun items that could be used to slide around the lands of Gielenor in style. However, upon the completion of the event the community was shocked to discover that we could no longer equip our rewards for participation. This was upsetting and many were able to brush it off. But I wasn't and I wasn't alone. A few player questioned the motives of the decision and jagex moderators responded by saying they will be accessible once again during the 2015 winter event. We waited. The 2015 event was met with a 9th addition to the snowboard collection giving hope that maybe the ban would be lifted, but alas, just as the year prior the snowboards were ripped out from under us and we were left to roam the countryside in a bipedal fashion. The 2016 event came and we recieved our 10th snowboard and enjoyed them during our allotted "play time" only to have their use taken away once again. On November 28th 2017 Reddit user u/Xemnes , asked for a permanent option, like many had before, but this time received a response from an official Jagex Moderator. u/JagexOrion who said and I quote: "Let's face it, snowboards are not RuneScapey." November 28th 2017, a Jagex moderator, and content developer for the game, WHO WORKED ON THE 2017 WINTER EVENT, told us that Snowboards are not "runescapy". Can you guess what one of the rewards were for that year's winter event was? If you guessed the 11th variation of snowboard then you are 100% correct. He helped develop the event that gave out items that he himself does not believe belong in the game. No other holiday items have been unusable in the game since their release and I don't feel like snowboards should be left out either. Seeing someone roll past you riding a snowboard in the Ardougne Zoo in the middle of summer is going to be far from the strangest thing you will experience in Runescape. I agree with u/Xemnes that at the bare minimum we should be allowed to wear them on our backs year-round. Support Year-round Snowboard use, we earned our holiday rewards and we should be allowed to use them as we please. TL;DR: Snowboards are restricted to use only one month of the year, if you earned your boards you should be free to use them when you want, where you want, how you want. Mods that don't like snowboards helped develop them as rewards for the events. Support year-round use of snowboards. #Ride365 EDIT: fixed the strike through [link] [comments] | ||

When these players return from a long break the only thing they receive is a welcoming back message in the clan chat. Some will then ask the cc what they've missed and others won't bother because it's hassle. It would seem better efficient and easier if when logging they were directed to https://runescape.wiki/w/Game_updates. This could be a personal in game message they would only receive or something in the interface that could direct them here. The current news interface in the lobby will only show the most recent updates which doesn't help players who've been gone longer. Thoughts? [link] [comments] | ||

It's annoying having to remove gote and add them (especially on mobile with occasional right-click clunkyness) considering we can add all springs to a spring cleaner and add all feathers to silverhawk boots even while they're equipped. ReplyDeleteIt's not possible to create osrs gold yourself. In the rsgoldfast absence of this, nobody would ever pay cash to buy Osrs gold. Do not trust anyone selling you gold from osrs. The guide is extremely complicated to use and takes a an enormous amount of work. The majority of players will not spend more than eight hours a day playing the game.
Runescape players are eager to invest in OSRs Gold because it is an excellent source of income. How can you get RS gold it to work? These products can be easily sold and help you earn a significant amount of cash.
ReplyDeleteReddit user 117 posted his frustrations over Jagex's decision. He said that rsgoldfast Jagex had worked on the project for more than two decades and had spent approximately 2,000 hours. Jagex also claimed that the RS gold developer offered to remove his HD Mod from RuneLite in exchange for Old School RuneScape's higher-fidelity version. The studio declined.
