    T92 armour repair bug - MAJOR

    If you have t92 (UNCHARGED) and you try to repair it with patches in inventory. it will consume the required amount of patches. but then you Armour will only be repaired to 0.00%. you will then be required to use an additional full amount of patches to get it to 100%

    if you think you repaired your armour from uncharged to full then equip your armour it will go straight back to uncharged and you will have wasted all patches.

    currently the cheapest work around for this is to repair UNCHARGED armour with only 1 patch in inventory to get it to 0.00% then use the full amount of patches to repair to 100% so therefore repairing a full set atm costs 14 patches as opposed to 12.

    this has not been tested with helms but definitely is the current state of body/legs.

    List of Treasure Trail QOL Improvements

    Put together the below list of QOL improvements for treasure trails. I've tried to split them into general QOL and slightly bigger changes that could be nice but may not be as likely to happen.

    • Allow the globetrotter legs "use emote" option to be used during combat (i.e. immediately after using surge/bladed dive) in any clue location outside of the wilderness.

    • Allow meerkat familiars to be summoned on the Hefin agility course and in the Runespan.

    • When speaking to the gnome coach (hard clue anagram, tree gnome stronghold), allow the challenge scroll to be awarded and answered without all the preceding chit chat.

    • When speaking to Bolkoy (hard clue anagram, tree gnome village) skip the chit chat as well.

    • In the elite clue compass step that takes you to the south west of the hollows in mort myre swamp see here, using a globetrotter jacket consumes the charge but places you in a different location to the east. Add a warning to avoid wasted charges or move teleport location to the actual dig spot.

    • When recharging the Pharaoh's Sceptre, allow the Mummy to recharge the sceptre back to full from any charge, instead of only when the sceptre has zero charges remaining.

    • In the lumber yard, remove the tree two steps east of the shortcut on the west side of the lumber yard to allow surging/bladed dive to the crate.

    • Master clue step that makes you speak to Philipe Carnillean - make it award you the next clue scroll immediately after talking to him

    • Master clue step that makes you speak to Ali the Wise - make it award you the next clue scroll immediately after talking to him

    • Master clue step that makes you speak to Death - make it award you the next clue scroll immediately after talking to him

    • Hefin agility course prevents teleporting from the platform around the bank area (where you are required to emote for a master clue) - remove this restriction

    • After completing a lockbox puzzle on a master clue, unlock the clue and reveal the next clue step immediately.

    • Change the Grand Exchange teleport scroll location to drop you by the east Varrock entrance (or in the open area north of the tea seller in east Varrock).

    • Change the Miscellania teleport scroll location to a Jatizso teleport and drop you in the middle of Jatizso town. Note - currently miscellania is already accessible via the ring of wealth/LoTD's teleport options, along with a fairy ring and a spirit tree over in Etceteria. Jatizso/Neit are completely inaccessible at present so a teleport scroll would be of far more use here.

    • Shift the Tai Bwo Wannai teleport location to north of the village, allowing easier surge/bladed dives from this location to the rest of Karamja.

    • Add a right click "check steps" option to all tiers of clue. When used, it will tell you which clue step you currently are on e.g. "You are currently on the 5th step of this Treasure Trail".

    • Add an "add scrolls" option to the globetrotter vambraces, allowing all teleport scrolls in the inventory to be automatically added to the vambraces (instead of adding one by one, and entering the quantity to be added every time).

    • [Wishlist] Add a new permanent grand tree seed pod, allowing gnome gliders to be summoned from wherever you are. OSRS released this as a master quest reward, perhaps it would be possible from another avenue in RS3?

    • [Wishlist] Allow Towers puzzle boxes in master clues to be completed using the number pad and arrow keys instead of having to click each box (drop down menu is nice but number pad would be much smoother).

    Please let me know if there are any other treasure trail QOL improvements that could be added to the list as well? :)

    Additional improvements:

    • Allow meerkats to be summoned in falador party room and nature spirit grotto (u/will_holmes)

    • Allow familiars to be summoned (or hidden) on the Dorgesh-Kaan agility course (u/_lizardking)

    • Make Trader Stan award a puzzle box on left click (instead of charter) (u/_lizardking)

    • Add shortcut from Trollheim herb patch to Jokkul (to the west) (u/_lizardking)

    • Allow wearing the full globetrotter outfit to prevent Vyres from attacking you in Darkmeyer (u/Ashendant)

    • Allow the keys obtained during medium clues to be permanently added to the toolbelt for future clues (u/duradel2).

    • Toggle to automatically open the next clue scroll when obtained (u/David_G_Webster)

    • Shauny also did a huge list of QOL fixes a few months ago that should also be checked out - See here! (thanks u/ImRubic :))

    • Allow meerkats to be summoned (or hidden) on Entrana (u/CluelessDudeonReddit)

    • [Wishlist] Add an upgrade to the globetrotter outfit boosting damage dealt to clue wizards/double agents - buyable using TT points (u/Birchisfat)

    • [Wishlist] Allow achievement diary items to be combined (e.g. an untradeable passage of the abyss bought using TT points) (u/Birchisfat)

    Come on Jagex... with this and hammers at 300m I'm not sure that we'll even be able to sustain money from doing rago any more. Of course, less people doing rago means the other drops will increase in price, but you guys already screwed the wand and sing price by adding aod.

    Elite Tectonic and Sirenic should have the not degrade on task effect if TMW keeps the Not Degrade in ED effect.

    TMW has no business having Elite dungeon perk, it has nothing to do with elite dungeon was slapped on there for seemingly no reason.

    One would assume that the tier 92 armors would all follow in this fashion but instead they change the way tier 92 Mage/Range is made and make it similar to making TMW but you gain no further effects no set effect and no Task effect.

    Custom Fitted Trim MasterWork is MasterRace and will always be ontop and cost efficient compared to it's range and mage variants.

    Unpopular Opinion: If Jagex made it cost more tectonic energy, t92 armour would be NOT cheap to repair

    For everyone complaining about rago, understand that if it costs more tectonic energy to make repair patches, it will infact NOT be cheaper to use. I assume that all GWD3 bosses are also going to be balanced around use of t92 gear so people will be constantly repairing it im sure.

    The gear already has huge costs around it and I don't think it needs to be more expensive. There's no other ways to obtain tectonic energy in the game besides rago (unlike sirenic as we all know) and that alone will still retain some value of tectonic energy.

    I personally think it would be bad game design if every armour just keeps toppling on each other. Lets say t95 armours come out one day, should it require, t90, t92, and further components to make the new t95? No, Thats just getting ridiculous. Different gear is good for different stages of the PvM journey and we need to allow the game to progress. You can make rago rewards relevant in other ways. Like adding a new component to tect enerfy or t90 dual wield from disassembling.

    Overall I think this is a great change and actually realistic upkeep cost. Thank you Jagex

    Could Jagex provide some clarity on why despite the additional cost they decided to hold off on the custom fit double charges no degrade on slayer/reaper for Mage and Range and make this a benefit exclusive to Melee/"Crafted Armour"?

    It's a little odd it uses so little Tectonic energy / Sirenic scales in ratio for patches, I'm curious why the ratio was 7:1 in instead of like 5:2 or 5:3.

    Edit: An idea I just had is maybe to include skilling into custom fitting like they did for masterwork, they could do something along the lines of some materials from this provisional laundry list of items:

    Elite Sirenic: Uses some combination of Harmonic Dust, Tardiddian Crystals, Ornate Tortle Clippings, Kebbit Claws, Snakehide, Grenwall Spikes, Blisterwood, Royal Dragonhide, Dinosaurhide, Dagganoth Hides, Lacquer, Koi Scales to custom fit with 99 crafting.

    Elite Tectonic: Uses some combination of Ancestral Energy, Elder Energy, Abyssal Threads, Light Cores, Splitbark, Ingression Fragments, Primed Elemental Bars, Suqah Hide, Wallasaki bones, ganodermic flakes, Chi, Pearls to custom fit with 99 runecrafting

    It's almost as if all t92 armor now comes from nex. I mean t92 elite/tectonic still needs draconic energy and ancient scales same amount as before, but now extra 40-50% of creation cost is contributed by nex. It's cool that old bosses get a pump in gp/h but in this case it feels a bit too much for a single boss. If creation costs needed to be pumped up, it could've just been extra amount of energy to hold relevance of bosses where those armors orginally came from.

    Tyyping Y or N as a response to destroying an item toggles any keybind you have set to that key.

    Submitted a bug report a few weeks ago, but alas. It still happens. Example - I have Y set to deflect melee. If I right click destroy an item and type Y instead of clicking Yes, it destroys the item and then toggles deflect melee.
