    It seems the login servers are once again, alike yesterday evening. I would recommend for those of you who are currently online to not hop worlds. You may not be able to get back in.

    DDoS attacks ain't cool

    Jagex has already confirmed in a news post that they are under DDoS attack.

    Tl;DR - Unprotected pcs and IoT devices are hijacked and used to form bot networks, which are used to create huge amount of traffic to desired sites / services and effectively bring them down.

     

    If you want to do your part in reducing this crap in general, please protect your pc and IoT devices if you have any. Just like every vote in elections count, so does every protected pc count in war against DDoS attacks.

    Hello! I hope you don't mind this post. I'll admit I'm not someone who plays runescape. I have a friend who was somewhat active in this subreddit who went by the username "coolsarn" he deleted his reddit account today. If any of you could help me contact him I would be eternally greatful. We didn't get into an argument and I'm not a stalker I'm just a concerned friend. I hope someone will be able to help if needed please pm or DM me and I can try and prove that I knew him off of reddit and we were friends. I know this is a long shot but I'm desperate.

    I'll also add I believe he was semi-active on other runescape subreddits but I can't remember which ones. Hopefully someone can help me out I feel like I'm asking for a miracle.

    Spammed while killing abyssal demons in Kuradal's dungeon on 'Demon' task

    As the screenshot shows, my chat is being spammed by "You're not down here to kill those" messages while killing Abyssal demons in Kuradal's dungeon, on a Demon task given by Lanikea.

    I'm able to kill them nonetheless, but the spam is rather annoying.
