    Yes, you can(and probably should) argue that they should have been free in the first place, but I get it, they're a company, companies do this all the time and everyone hates it. It's a good step towards being different and hopefully we'll see more of it soon.

    Edit: well, missed the bit about being free soon. But they will be, that's what matters.

    Hot Take: you're not entitled to a refund if you purchased action bars after Jagex makes them free.

    Don't get lost in the title though.

    It would be cool if Jagex gave something for the people who purchased them, but they don't really have to. If they do, that's a sign of good faith, but don't count on it.

    On that note. Don't buy bank presets then, if Jagex will just make them free later on, just wait.

    With all the current overlapping of MTX promotions this feels like a slight relief, hopefully they stop charging for essential things in the future. But again, don't count on it.

    Possible Idea to Rework Staff of Sliske's Special Attack

    Ever since Inquisitor Staff got released, Staff of Sliske has become significantly less useful as many high level bosses such as Vorago, AoD, Solak and most especially AoD, are weak towards that. Sliske's special attack has been often very niche most particularly at P5 Telos.

    With the release of Essence of Finality amulet, what if we can give them a worthwhile special attack so we can sink these out of the game better? Consider this. Mage has only ONE good option for EoF and it's not even close. That is Guthix Staff. Compared to Melee and Range that have several options to choose from.

    Special Attack Proposal:

    • Costs 30% Adrenaline
    • Has same accuracy to Guthix Staff
    • Debuffs the same as Guthix Staff but does not stack
    • Does 2 hits instead of 1 hit
    • Each hit does 80% - 160% damage (averaging out to 120%) for a total of 160% - 320%.
    • Only one of the hits have to land to debuff.

    What are your thoughts? Essentially this is a +20% damage increase for a massive ~700M(?) upgrade w/ less chance to get reduced by hitcaps. Would this be a fair buff or would it be too overpowered?

    Things like being able to skip getting keys, being able to carry more clues and not having to double click drawers/cupboards/etc. Nice lil addition to us who do clues and etc.

    Have never been able to start a Yak Track

    So this has been a recurring problem for me for every yak track event, when I go to talk to the yak in Burthope (I've gone through all dialog options multiple times) and do the right click option to view yak track it says to come back when I'm more experienced (I'm 2680 total lvl), when I try reading the track list by clicking the track list item or clicking yak track in the "upgrades and extras" interface it says to complete Burthope tutorial path, which I've done (23/23). If I try to reset Burthope tutorial path it says experienced players cannot reset. I've looked up on wiki what the tasks are and tried doing them to see if it would start it or something but nothing has happened. I've also tried having the one setting "guidance system hints" toggled on or off since it mentions that if its off the Burthope tutorial is treated as complete but that hasn't helped either.

    I'm at a loss of what I'm supposed to do.

    Any news on batch 2 of War's Retreat(PvM Hub)?

    I swear at some point there was a stream where they walked over to the side opposite of the dummies and there was more to the retreat and showed the work in progress. I haven't seen any mention of it anywhere since. This had to be at least 6 months ago, was it shelved?

    Suggestion to allow us to rename action bars rather than having numbers
